Experian: 800-493-1058 With A Report Number

Experian: 714-830-7000 (Without A Report Number) Call and Press 0. You will get connected to the switchboard operator. Tell them you just called in and entered your report number and the automated system disconnected you. Ask them if they can get a human on the line for disputes. That's the only way you'll be able to get through to a live person at Experian without a Report Number.

How often does Amex check your score?
Most creditors do soft pulls monthly.

CLI with Amex should not be a hard pull. DoC confirms that as well.

Both are showing last update in January. I've had statement closings since then with both AMEX and Barclays, as well as other cards. I thought every time a statement closes it updates.

Is there any place that shows true FICO scores on a more regularly updated schedule, without fees?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

That was my experience. Whenever I made a purchase out of my spending pattern it got updated a couple of days later.

In my experience with Amex it updates once a month at about the same time of month. It's still not showing a Feb update?
