Author Topic: credit score (Read 841164 times)

Any idea how to get FICO updated on Barclays or AMEX?

Both are showing last update in January. I've had statement closings since then with both AMEX and Barclays, as well as other cards. I thought every time a statement closes it updates.

Is there any place that shows true FICO scores on a more regularly updated schedule, without fees?

Make a large (huge) purchase.

Source? I've had barclays close with 95%cl used and it didn't update

That was my experience. Whenever I made a purchase out of my spending pattern it got updated a couple of days later.

In my experience with Amex it updates once a month at about the same time of month. It's still not showing a Feb update?

Last update January (23 for one, 28 for the other, don't recall offhand which is Barclay and which is AMEX)

It always took them a few days to update, though I don't recall it ever taking 11 days.

I've gone 3 to 4 months. There's no rhyme or reason
