Simple letter, disputing items on your credit report. Put each account on a separate line and you are stating it is not your account. If you send a blanket remove all AU they could throw it out.

DP: called to dispute AU's. TU had them removed by next day. Still waiting (few days) for EX.
(EX rep told me that TU can remove immediately with dispute, but it's still pending the final investigation result.)

AU has to SM not primary card holder.
