I applied for a loan and was told my Experian Report is frozen. I did not request the freeze. I tried contacting Experian but can't get through to anyone.

Can someone please suggest what my next steps should be?
Request a paper report, it should show the details there.

sent them a secure message and this was their response.

Unfortunately, we do not delete information that has been reported
correctly to any credit reporting agency.

We regret not being able to accommodate your request.

I used one of the templetss asking them to give a one time gratitude because I have been good with payments
And had an excuse why I couldn’t pay on time....

Does an additional user on an Amex business card build your credit?

I just chatted with someone on the online chat, and he said he can remove the late payment from account.
Seemed to easy, wondering if that actually removes my late payment from account and will reverse my bad credit?

That could just mean he's refunding the late payment fee...

Finally!!!

What other language does the law include?

When you sign in to the CRA websites to register for the freeze, and you forced to agree to mandatory binding arbitration clauses?

Lots of important information gets left out of these little news blurbs.  It would obviously be a HUGE win for the CRAs if all Americans blindly agreed to binding arbitration with the CRAs

When you go to Transunion.com and click the "My Free Protection" button, you are asked for your identifying information and agree that you are subscribing to a free service.  That "free service" has T&C's, as does "Use  of this site" -

"BECAUSE YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF A TRANSUNION INTERACTIVE PRODUCT OR USE OF THIS SITE REQUIRES THAT YOU CONSENT TO ARBITRATION OF YOUR CLAIMS OR DISPUTES, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE YOUR CLAIM IN COURT OR BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR ANY OTHER COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTIVE PROCEEDING. OTHER RIGHTS THAT EITHER PARTY WOULD HAVE IF THAT PARTY WENT TO COURT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT DISCOVERY OR TO APPEAL, MAY BE LIMITED OR UNAVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION."

Millions and millions of sheep I mean Americans will click away their rights in the following week.

My father's credit dropped by 100points for a late mortgage payment. (1 month late)
Anything I can do to get his score back to what it was?
Can the mortgage company do something?

Explain the mortgage company that it was an error, get them to write a letter where they acknowledge it was some sort of miscommunication/misunderstanding , and send that letter to the Credit bureau and ask them to dismiss....

I know someone who had the same issue a couple of years ago , and his mortgage co. was not willing to do anything. But it never hurts to try.

called and either the rep didn't understand or just not being helpful.
Sent an email with attachment of the credit drop and and explantation of why the payment was delayed*

The check was sent out on time (have a screenshot of the bill pay) and I guess got lost in the mail, someone must if found it and brought it to a chase branch where the chase rep deposited the check back into my dad's account! (Is that even legal??)
