Thanks, with all the abbreviations , I do not get it sometimes.

Hey, sorry!  ;) I used to also get thrown off but CK is a very common one on this forum. Here's a link to commonly used abbreviations on DDF https://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=10531.0

This is a new thing. Is it a trial or they're keeping it this way from now on?

Not sure but it's been around for a good few months. They try to sell you other stuff but the Fico8 score (and Experian report) is 100% free.

I only noticed the score about a month and a half ago. Thought it was a free trial or something

AMEX stopped providing a FICOscore8. They now provide the Vantagescore3.0, same garbage CK uses!
Source?

Mine says it's FICO 8.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Very unusual.

It seems it was related to over the phone ID verification.

Any reason (before changing to Vantagescore) to use that on top of Discover's https://www.creditscorecard.com
Not sure I understand the question. But Discover is a FICO...

I was asking if before AMEX changed to Vantage Score, was there any benefit to getting it in addition to having the Discover FICO?
