Experian: 800-493-1058 With A Report Number

Experian: 714-830-7000 (Without A Report Number) Call and Press 0. You will get connected to the switchboard operator. Tell them you just called in and entered your report number and the automated system disconnected you. Ask them if they can get a human on the line for disputes. That's the only way you'll be able to get through to a live person at Experian without a Report Number.

I feel for all the people (myself somewhat included) who made a lot of AUs and didn't get to use them for SBS and then just got more into trouble with 5/24....

Interesting, I added a couple of amex AUs in my name with my SSN (name didn't match exactly, but basically did), and they never showed up on my report.
What are you gaining by doing this?

you should not get into trouble with 5/24 if you add the AUs the right way.

+1 isn't 5/24 for new accounts in your name? CR specifically differentiates between AU and actual account holder.

i'd rather not talk to recon nowadays they'll see everything else. though i guess if u have less than 5 primary cc's in 2 years it doesnt matter

iirc there were reports of people getting declined because of 5/24 and after explaining to recon that it was AUs then getting approved
