does the 35% of utilization factor count per account or overall credit line? or maybe By bank?

Utilization is looked at per account and overall. There is no set %.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

How long after an incident can a bank report?
My specific situation: I had a $2 charge on a Barclays business card. Payment was due 10/28 statement closed 10/08. I was receiving paper statements. I got nothing in the mail until
A few days ago. On about 12/19 I got the statement, which I paid immediately. Basically I would be considered 30 days late on 12/08. Called them several times and spoke to supervisors that insisted since it’s business card nothing was/will be reported. So far nothing on my reports, at what point can I be sure that it won’t show up there?

They are correct, Business card are not reported.
And usually for a balance like that, even in the 30days period some bank will not report anything even on a private card. But don't count on that. But already happened to me.

It’s not so simple. If one defaults on a business card loan, it will ultimately be reported to personal CB. Barclays is a stickler for the little things.

some times could even take 60-90 days on business cards to be reported, if by next month its not on report then I would say you should be safe.

If one is opening CC for the first time, should he do 3 simultaneously from different windows so that it's only considered one hard Credit Pull?

If you're opening a cc for the 1st time, chances are you won't get approved for 3 cards. Were you an additional user to a/o in the past?

If the pulls are not from the same bank, and possible even if they are, they still may not merge.

Yes. Was a AU on Amex. And if it was all from same bank, say Chase, does that make things better?

Wouldn't risk that with chase now, but technically, multiple pulls should merge as long as they are all biz, or all personal. There are exceptions, but that's the general rule.

All that matters is the way they are coded. Last year Chase changed there coding. This is for a business card:
JPMCB CARD SERVICES
PO BOX 15077
WILMINGTON, DE
19850
Anyone have the coding for a personal card?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

On my Equifax report shows up as
JPMCB - CARD SERVICES
301 N WALNUT ST, FLOOR 09
WILMINGTON, DE 19801-3935

Checked CK by TU shows up
JPMCB CARD SERVICES
PO BOX 15369
WILMINGTON, DE 19850 USA

need help asap
just messed up and forgot to pay car lease which was due jan 2 and was able to be paid up till Feb 2nd- so im 3 days over the deadline and now it lowered my credit from 800 to 710!!!!
this is my first late payment.
my father in law is also on the lease.
and im between contract of buying house and settling rate (so that means that whatever rate i get i MUST pay)

i tried calling nissan to let this one go but they said they dont do this anymore and what i need to do is contact directly any of the 3 credit agencies and ask them to file report. then they send it to nissan and theyll decide based on excuse, amount and time if to waive it off or not
but i dont have time to risk bc of the rate

please any advice how to get rid of it asap and get my credit back up?
