I got a 30 day late payment report on my credit report. I got the bank to take it off.  (I had car lease on auto pay and when I extended the lease, autopay wasn’t activated properly ) How long should it take for the credit bureaus to take it off ?
If the bank took it off then why isn't off your credit report.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I’m assuming the bank can’t just take it off . They need to contact the credit bureaus and they need to take it off. The bank told me it can take up to 30 days for it to be removed by the bureaus. I was asking how long does it usually take.

The bank will just report it as current. Is it possible to get something in writing from the bank? You an just forward that to the credit bureaus.

How'd you manage to remove it? I had the exact same issue and they weren't willing to budge unfortunately.

You need a supervisor for starters. You may need to show how they were at fault. Up to you how you want to go about that. Did you extend by phone ? I extended by phone so I was “mislead” by my rep regarding auto payments.
You can also try disputing it with the credit bureaus.
(Btw it took about a week for it to be removed from my credit report.)

That's the thing. They weren't at fault obviously. And many have said they stopped with the whole forgiveness. Also lots mentioned just try Disputing on your credit report and they wont bother to fight it. Apparently they did. What method did you use- Phone, Mail,..?
Who was your Bank/ Leasing company? This was with Nissan. May make a difference

I used the old phone method and it was Honda financial.
To me it’s considered their fault, ( Were not talking Halacha here you know ) if they didn’t specifically tell me, I need to setup auto pay again when I extend my lease. (Besides the fact I’m almost sure I told my rep to continue the auto pay which obviously never happened.)
Are you a long time customer who never misses a payment ?  Try to get a supervisor who can have some pity. It’s a push of a button for them, you just need them to feel for you.

I missed a payment on one of my Amex cards. (I dilinked an account which I rearly use and there was a $50 charge which I did not pay for 2 months)

I called Amex, they waived all the late fees and I paid off the balance. They said that they sent in a request to the credit bureaus to do a reaging so my report should not show the late payment.  My statement closes on the third of every month which is today. If they did the reaging request about a week ago will it be removed now? Or it takes some time? Also once its removed will my credit score go right back up? It dropped over 100 points for a stupid minor missed payment!

Right away?

If my statement closes on the third of the month (today) when does it usually show up on the report?

FWIW, if you missed 1 month it won't get reported yet.

In practice, should be today. But it might take up to 30-90 days.
Are you in need of credit soon? If not just give it some time. Credit scores when not needing to take more credit is just bragging numbers.

Wells Fargo now showing Experian FICO 9 score.

Showing about 17 points less than Experian.com FICO8 (though there is a 4 day difference between them).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

So I applied for a mortgage and they came back that my credit score is 690. I said that it doesn't make sense since my fico9 score is showing 820.

It see that the bank uses a different fico score and since I have a $80 collection from 6 months ago which was paid off already its triggering a low score on the model they use. Even though it's clearly showing that it's paid off already.

Does this make sense?

Anything to do?

I just got an alert from Experian that my credit score dropped by 15 points.

The only thing that changed from last month, is that I did not use any credit at all.

Is that a reason for a score to drop 15 points?
