Nah - there is a bigger picture here & "Hence resists which becomes the reason for arrest" I believe is a good quote to this. There was a bank robbery here? There is a school that blocks off my block everyday, will I ever see the cops come and stop it?

Straightforward this story doesn't make sense, should have never happen to begin with, something had to trigger it.

The cops came to the scene very aggressive and rude. And they just decided to grab the first one switching their noise the other way...

Don't care what was behind it. If they framed him it's one thing, but there is pretty clear evidence of individuals blocking the street while being told not to, as well as acting in a way that can be defined as "assaulting a police officer." I don't know who was arrested, but if it was one of those individuals, it's fully deserved regardless of who they are.

Not saying the individual is right, but the cop definitely did not act in professional manner

How was the cop not acting professionally? The guy was resisting arrest, and in most cases would've been thrown to the pavement or tased for that. Not to mention the crowd trying to free him and shouting in the officers faces. If you want to be better, don't break the law, and if you do, cooperate.
