Hi there.
I made a large purchase in China - some of the items we're no good. Paypal had me "win" but I need to ship it back (and pay shipping). If I dispute via AMEX, they say that paypal automatically closes the case.
Is there a chance amex denies the claim and I'll be stuck w/o the option of returning it?
or will paypal leave that option available?
also, doesna nyone have any idea if the seller will see right away that paypal closed the case?
