If you are going to buy illegitimate not for resale keys for office (groupon, fake news sites etc), I found a really cheap site that works:

https://www.gamers-outlet.net/

Coupon code SOFTCHAT10 for 10% off.

I upgraded my pc from win11 he to pro for: 4.75
Installed 2021 pro plus lifetime for 5.09 (phone activation) and both worked... The win 11 pro should survive a reinstall as I see the license reflected in Microsoft account. Office is prob only good for 1 installation (or two if you are fast).

If you want legit microsoft 365 subs, this is the cheapest I've seen in a bit:

Microsoft 365 Personal 15 month sub for $59.99.
https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4592241

Microsoft 365 Family 15 month sub for $69.99.
https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4568580

These 15 month subs are 1 per customer, so if you want to stack multiple you have to use diff newegg accounts. But you can stack 4 of these for a full 5 years. Note that any sub applied to an account that would bank over 5 years, the extra time is just lost.

Another tip. If you have an active m365 sub, turn off auto renew before applying these keys. You may be offered a bonus month for turning autorenew back on.
