Isn't that pretty good then long layover but seeing a lot of avail. on LO on united's website (Jan mostly).... They also fly a dreamliner between JFK-WAW twice a day

2-2-2 vs possible 1-2-1 on UA.

TLV-WAW is blocked middle seat class.

And ex-WAW is Stogel meals.

I also saw Lufthansa from TLV-MUC and UA Polaris to EWR... Is that any better? Also saw the same with swiss then UA

UA does not fly to JFK.

LH and LX will have YQ.

Lifemiles. Will cost you more miles (though they sell them for less than Aegean does). No YQ. Allow mixed cabin itineraries (and actually charges less for them).

Yes. Lifemiles does charge 78,000 one way, but sells those for about $1,170 and doesn't charge YQ, allows mixed cabin and mixed airline itineraries.

You need to either buy when on sale (very often, sometimes even less than 1.5 cpm) or find the right increment to top off a reward issue.

Looking through my past emails, I see February and September had 2 for 1 + 35% as follows:

So using this sale if you pay $4,356 you will get 312,200 Lifemiles at a cost of 1.396cpm! (enough for 2 RTs to TLV without worrying about YQ).

IIRC Black Friday also had a good sale.

Other times had 2 for 1 + 25%

And they always give you an opportunity to top off your mileage for a specific ticket purchase, at varying rates which at best are 1.5cpm.
