On both the Aspire and Plat they did it with the instandpt card number over the phone for me. And the credit worked. With @ChaimMoskowitz  unspoken secret, to boot.

Not to beat a dead horse but GC was never mentioned. When you said "He specifically asked about a Delta GC" that was 100% wrong. You made an assumption. That assumption could be right but your original statement was 100% wrong.
