I recently purchased a pair of headphones for and used my Amazon Chase Visa card.

This kid was running recklessly and we were crossing over a bridge.

He bumped into me and i lost my balance grabbing the railing and my headphones fell into the river below over the railing. i tried catching them but the cable is detachable so yeah, that didn't work.

I saw my card says "involuntary and accidental parting with property" is covered but it also says that Mysterious disappearance isn't covered

Items that mysteriously disappear. “Mysterious disappearance” means
the vanishing of an item in an unexplained manner when there is an
absence of evidence of a wrongful act by a person or persons

I never filed a claim before and I'm a little nervous to do so and be denied. I'm not sure how to handle it

I'm actually genuinely upset cause these headphones aren't even manufactured anymore I found from the company even though they came out in 2017.
