I don't think it's a hare crime if he thought it was someone who hit his car.

If he hit his car while driving then maybe not. If he did while walking then it is. Couldn’t tell from the article that I read. If he really hit hit and damaged his car then we would have heard about it. Obviously it was a non factor hit even if it was with his car.

Maybe he's making it up. when the guy was killed in North Miami Beach they made it like a racial thing and he was targeted because he was a Jew, I was very skeptical. In the end it was random gang violence
