I have heard numbers that ppl spend 3 months salary on an engagement ring. In Jewish circles this isn’t the way it is possibly bc many boys get married out of Yeshiva. Do t k ow if there’s a specific standard but I fee like ppl spend from 3-6k reg anything more is out of the norm anything less is as well
