In what form do these certificates come? Credit? I saw above that they seem to be non transferable, how do they prevent transferring?

Yeah, I sold mine for $180 each on eBay.

They come as a $100 gift certificate, which can be used to buy a Kleenex tissue that you can wipe your Mercedes with. You just pay tax. However, if you're a smooth talker, you can convince the salesman that these certificates entitle you to a free Mercedes.

They have your name on it.

just tried downgrading to green via chat rep said since its a mb product i need to speak to the mb team which isnt available over chat. make sense? anyone with experience?
