just checked the application status. used to say come back in 24 now it says: We will notify you once your application has been processed, or if we need additional information.

I got approved about a month ago and did the 3k spend for the points. the points are currently pending. I was planning on cancel the card before 60 days which will be 1/17. the rep told me the pending points wont kick in until that date. anyway to expidite them?

Call up the membership rewards dep. they should expedite them.

called that number again saying that i have not recieved the letter. they told me that they will read it to me. it says that as of march 2014 no more acces to aa admirals and us airways and asked if i still want it. i said yes and now they r prossessing further. Hope i get in time for double airline credit.

Worked for me too, I just said I received it and it was about losing AA/USAir lounge access and that I agreed.

It'll be a miracle if we get the cards in time though for airline credit.

I got approved and when I originally called I asked them to expedite the card to me, I just called to make sure it was being overnighted and they said there's nothing they can do now because its been finalized today and expect the card by Jan 6th?

Anyone get that before?

Add an AU and request it to be overnighted.

How? The card was only approved today, won't show up online until I register it but I need to receive the card before I can do that.

Don't mention anything about not receiving your card yet.

Just day you don't have it on you and you need them to look up your account with your ss.

Ask about balance etc, and then ask to add an AU.

didn't have a chance to update I called recon and was transferred to a different dep and thy just told about the us air aa lounges and was approved thy direct number is 800 453 2639
