all i can add is that on the last attempted amex 3bm i did for him, we were declined for a regular plat because we needed to provide proof of income and a SPG for other reasons

no he was not approved for the MB plat

I just used the link from the wiki and it gave me a offer of $3000.00 in 3 months for 50k in points. Which is really great. I did this same link for my wife last month and I had to spend $5000.00

You can downgrade to the green card but that has also an annual fee of $95.
