its called ask your local rav....its not so pashut to give your card to someone who is not a family member let alone its not legal....otherwise everyone in the us or international who knows a storeowner would be in big business for swiping their friends card.
Huh? Why would it be illegal or halachically problematic?

it would be a legal question because someone is not able to sign or use anyones credit card except for someone in your household. it would be a shaylah because you are not making purchases for yourself and getting points on hundreds of other people's behalf. that would be called an unfair business practice. otherwise why don't you just stand by the checkout line in the grocery store and tell people that they should swipe your card and pay you the cash?

1)it would be a legal question because someone is not able to sign or use anyones credit card except for someone in your household. 2)it would be a shaylah because you are not making purchases for yourself and getting points on hundreds of other people's behalf. 3)that would be called an unfair business practice. 4)otherwise why don't you just stand by the checkout line in the grocery store and tell people that they should swipe your card and pay you the cash?
1) no signing in this case with recent updates in israeli purchases
2) whats the shayla exactly ?
3) what about it is unfair?
4) ive actually seen it done before and ive done it myself as well.

In Israel it's fairly common.
I'm not who you think I am.
