IMO 1 ticket is good enough, just need to be in it. If it's meant to be then you'll win it whether you have 1 ticket or 1K tickets.

But even besides for that,  buying 20% of all tickets makes a real difference. Buying 10 or 100 Powerball tickets doesn't give you a real odds advantage over 1. The odds are still nil.
