Question - No Rush Credit $5 at Whole Foods

For a couple of my recent purchases on Amazon I selected no-rush shipping in exchange for a $5 credit at Whole Foods.

Last night I went to Whole Foods and when they scanned my whole foods code from the Amazon App I got the 10% discount, but the $5 did not come off. I asked the clerk at Whole Foods and she did not know about it and the email which comes from Amazon with the confirm of the $5 discount does not have a specific code or scannable UPC.

Has anyone been successful in using the $5 in store and if so how did you do it?

It's possible it's just a credit to use on Whole Foods purchases through Prime Now.

The $5 credit is only for use with Whole Foods delivery through Amazon's Prime Now service.  That is available at primenow.com or through the Prime Now app (not through the regular Amazon site or app).  It applies one credit per order (if you have multiple credits) and you should use the code SAVE10WF for your first prime now order (which does not stack with the $5 credit) for a $10 discount, since that one is only valid for your first order.

So now that I opted into that 2x, the only no rush shipping I get offered is the $5 whole foods on Prime Now which is useless to me.

How do I go back to the video credit?
