I couldn't resist. My mother, the nicest, most polite women you'll ever meet, on a United flight now London to Newark, askes for a cup of water, he gives her like 2 oz. She then points to my sister holding some medication, if he can bring some more water so she can swallow her pills, the guy answers her, "That will do it. What else do you need, maybe you want me to call her a paramedic?"  ::)

Last week when a supervisor hung up the phone on me when I tried convince her to open up JN space with my UA account that's attached to my club card. (There was space avail to purchase just not with mileage) UA gave me $100.

Wow, you called back asking for compensation?
The 1st rep was a US Supervisor, so 1st i called back and got a foreign one, That I was able to convince her that due to the contract Chase has with UA, If I have  UA CC they are obligated to give me the seat, which she did after almost an hour on hold! (but i really enjoyed getting a seat for 60k UA that priced $3500+). Then I called back to complain, so the told me to file a complaint by United.com/feedback. I got the voucher the next morning!

The truth is they were ready to give me Y on the SFO-PSP leg, but I insisted on J, It was more for the fun of it!

The end of the story, I had to cancel anyway because I had to change the date, so I just took B6 direct
