My favorite from different cities are:

Manhattan: Bravo Pizza

Riverdale: Pizza Plus

Teaneck: Poppy's

Baltimore: Mama Leah's

Please add to the list or disagree with my choices, i love new options

Haven't had the others but I found Mama Leah's to be from the most disliked pizza I ever had.

Prob my favorite growing up in 5T was Sabra's. Favorite where I am now (KGH) used to be La Bella, but now that it's a Bravo I can't stand it (hate the one in the city too - very distinct taste that's not too my liking). I think my favorite now is actually Giant Bagel in 5T.

+100 la bella was my favorite pizza shop by far and was killed by bravos

That's what I eat now. I think they might be more consistent than La Bella was, but I think is still take La Bella on their best day. Also hate that Naomi's doesn't take CC.

Hunkis in west hempstead (nostalgia)
Pizza Palace in forest hills (my current go-to, we get small personal pies every week)
Pizza Time in brooklyn - i think its the right one - the one thats a zoo with a line out the door every m"s, been there a couple times and blown away each time
Pizza Pious in the 5 towns - salty, and oh those zeppoles
Benny's in queens

In Manhattan, Bravo and Sabas are the best.

In LA, I used to like Shalom Pizza but I was there in Sep and it was much worse than it had been.

In Teaneck, I prefer Sammy's, though Poppy's is great, I find it too salty and oily these days.

Pizza time is by far the best kosher pizza, according to most who have had it. Random fact - it’s owned by two partners, Jewish & Italian, italian guy has an amazing non kosher pizza place & this tastes exactly the same, from what I’ve been told.
