Almost a month ago I made a transfer of 60,000 points (+15,000)
From my SPG account to my account at British Airways
To this very moment, the points do not appear anywhere
I spoke with everyone, I gave reference numbers of the "certificate"
No one knows where the points are.
Is it true that since the merger with MARRIOTT, such transfer takes six weeks?
In an email sent to me a few days after the operation, thay said:
Please allow one business day to the points to appear
so, what should i do?
