Can I just say a little story here: my brothers brother-in-law (who was married before he) was still waiting after 5-6 yrs and just recently had....triplets!! 🤯🙂 2 twin boys and a third boy

close relative just got off this journey BH! was hard for the family, can't imagine how hard it is for the individuals

Mazal tov! Very common with fertility treatments to have twins or above..

I guess i wasn't clear enough.
My older brother was struggling with secondary infertility, by the time i was married for 5+ years and had my 3rd child ke"h he was married for round 8+ years and had one 7 year old girl.
Not long ago my youngest had a major surgery in NYU and on that same day, in NYU, my brother had triplets!! 2 boys and a girl. When we met in the bikur choilem room it was a sight to be seen

AFAIK 2 identical and one not is not common even for fertility treatments.

isnt the way twins happen is that an egg splits and identical twins result? so does it follow that the egg wont necessarily divide into 3 equal parts? it just divides in half every time...

but again I have no clue..
