Technically, not as far as I know, but you know they cut their arm off for that deal. I'd bet its some astronomical number, even if not 30MM.

Well, you have to figure that Sprint has to pay to play, do you disagree? And, even though the iPhone5 did not come out, that doesn't mean the reports released saying Sprint will buy 30MM "to play" are off-base...

If they didn't get exclusivity I doubt they'd spend that kind of money. I've already stated so on DDF.
