Was in American Dream and was thirsty so I headed over to Starbucks and got a large sized cup of ice water for 50 cents. Didn’t realize it was a $54 value….

They never charge me. Maybe it's only in NY but iinm there's a law that any establishment must provide free ice water.

Comes especially in handy in the airport after TSA confiscates my bottled water.

It says “Guest Count: 4”
You're right. But the first one says "Guest Count: 1"?

I would assume that it is a mistake and was also 4. Why else would someone get 3 waters and 1 seltzer?

(besides for all the dishes)

I assume the water is for a bottle (still eye watering, but not as bad). A 'buttle' of coke is $10 (assuming this is a 20 oz)

A guy that’s eating all that food can probably use four drinks.

Not big enough of a market
But they probably have massive margins with these prices, so they don't need the quantity. "Exclusive"

As an aside there are hundreds of luxury watch thefts across Europe each year and many of them are similar in modus operandi to this one. Wearers are followed, jumped, robbed at knifepoint, assaulted etc. Anyone going to Europe should strongly consider not displaying PF or any other luxury watches in public. Gives new meaning to their marketing slogan “You never actually own a Patek Philippe”.
