Lol. Isn’t it a strip mall with 200+ spots?
There is no way anyone considered the correct amount of parking needed for that strip mall. Assuming the stores will be busy. Once again Planning/zoning board specialty.

I don’t know anything about this new place cafeteria but supposedly you can’t get into their parking lot today as it’s so full.
It's a legal holiday so many are off from work.

Officially there was an insane wait time at the restaurant. I’m happy for them. If it was really that busy on their first holiday I think it wi be a hot location.

What about the office building next door? It’s insane

We checked out Cafoterra today and left immediately after walking in. Was jammed. Baruch Hashem for them.
I went monday morning. They clearly have some growing pains, but I think they will do well.
Was there around 10am, very empty, which is pretty normal for a weekday.
They had a soft launch menu, but not everything was available even on that.
What I ordered was delicious and came fairly fast, was presented very well.
I'll reserve judgment until they have a chance to officially open, but I was impressed overall.

Interesting, I thought that area was dead.

Wondering what their plan is
