I recently got approved for a ink bold what's the deal with the 60k is that still active?

I applied for the Ink Bold in June and was matched for the 60K. The problem I had was matching the $5K spend instead of $10K. After several calls to a CSR supervisor, I finally got it (thanks to meshugener).

If you got them to match the $5k spend requirement and the pts were posted manually, you could have gotten more points by hitting $10k.

If they post it manually, it shouldn't stop the automatic one from posting when you fulfill the requirements for that one too.

We reviewed the application you submitted in August 2012
and have confirmed that you will receive 25,000 points
after your first purchase and another 25,000 if $10,000 is
spent within the first 90 days the account is opened.

If you are unable to exceed the $10,000 spending threshold
within 90 days of the account open date but you have spent
at least $5,000, please contact us after November 19,
2012, at which time we would be happy to add the 35,000
points to match the 60,000 point enrollment bonus offer.

I was still able to double dip the Ink Plus to a total of 75k as of last month.

They told me that the offer on received on the Ink Bold was not valid for the Plus.

Just wrote a long winded SM about the Ink Plus explaining how I was told that there was no other promotion for the card. I also added in that since I missed a payment cycle with the card, I thought that it would be fair to extend the time period. We'll see what happens.
