I am very disappointed and upset with the reply , I think
Chase should treat an old loyal customer like myself more
fairly , I have deposited in chaseXXXXXX because I have felt that Chase is "My BANK" --with such a negative reply , I now know I am wrong , my INK
card is brand knew , I feel TRICKED!!! by Chase , please
reconsider or if can not at least do "SOMETHING" to prove
to me that I was right all these years to believe you were
my bank and that I would be rewarded by being loyal
