Seasons Lakewood crazy low meat prices

I was at Seasons Lakewood yesterday and they have meat on sale at incredible prices- way cheaper than anything I’m aware of in Lakewood.
Chopped meat (lean) $3.99lb
1st cut brisket corned beef $5.99lb
Cholent meat $4.99lb
Pepper steak $5.99 lb
Stew meat $3.99 lb
Cutlets $3.99lb
Chicken legs $1.99

Etc.


I maxed out my freezer. Wish I had another.

They had these prices first months they opened too. Their regular prices still beat competition to begin with usually.

only caveat is it's argentenian beef, so its significantly lower quality.
Clifton has had this as well.

Clifton has had all those prices in the past 2 weeks as well. Definitely trying to earn back their customers. I for one am not complaining.

Actually the marbling was surprisingly decent for many of the cuts at seasons

Maybe, but most ppl would rather not pay 2-3x for the difference in quality. Seasons meat is still definitely decent.

It's Uruguay first of all (my bad...)
And the meat is generally much less marbled. But for those prices and with a great cooking method it comes out great

They actually started feeding corn to the cows at some farms in Uruguay, that's why in Seasons its more marbled then other imported meats.

Nope. On a few of the items maybe. Not on all of them.

And in Lakewood most of these prices are unheard of. Try to find anything even close in NPGS, or in Gormet Glatt, even by the South American meats.

not all the time, but over a few weeks forsure. this week happens to be a bad week
