Transferring Balances

Hey all, I currently have the Citi Diamond Preferred and I need to transfer a 4k Balance.

Could I sign up for another Citi card and try to transfer the balance? I was reading online that it may not be able to be done, but would it be possible if I were to consolidate the cards and thereby transferring the balance to the new card with the 0% Promo?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks

You'd probably be better off finding another company with a 0% BT rate.
