anyone know about the Alliant Cashback Visa® Signature Credit Card or have any experience with it? and how it compares to the Capital One Spark?
3% on everything the first year then 2.5% after that. Has $59 AF waived the first year.
interesting that i never heard of it. i recently asked around for the highest cashback card and was told either of spark or citi double cash. noone mentioned alliant
Some like to play the match the purchase to the card game. Also credit union cards are hidden gems.
How much do you spend on non-bonused purchases per year?
i respect those who do but rest of my family would never have the patience to keep pulling out different cards in different stores. I need one card thatl work for everything
Then the ones posted above-Alliant, Discover It (first year) and BoA Premium if you’re a Plat Honors member. My husband usually carries 2-3 different cards in his wallet. Round stickies labeled with gas, grocery, etc made it easy for him until he learned. You can even color code categories. MSR Cards are placed vertically in the slot so he grabs it first.
not farmiliar with the 'discover it' and 'Boa premium'...?
looking to get a few cashback cards that have highest % for each category. i already have a card with 5% on gas. anyone know which cards have the highest % in each category?
Amex gold 4% Grocerys up to 25k
They make sense though.3% for the first year, yeah. But i'd only be making an extra .5% more in year 2 and so fourth plus i'd have to pay $59 annually.I don't think I'd rack up enough cash back to come out positive where I'd pay off the $59 then make more on top of that.If anything, I might break even.
