I have 60,000 ThankYou points expiring soon. Any idea how I can hold on yo them or transferring them to good use?

Thank you points can be transferred to someone else who has a thank you point account, but the recipient needs to use them within 60 days. They can be transferred to many airlines mileage programs including Singapore (great for United flights, no close in booking fees), to Air France, (occasionally can be used for Delta flights), ad best of all, can be transferred to Qantas which can be redeemed for ElAl flights at great rates without fuel charges

I like this Qantas option, can you please tell me more? Does it need to be used within a certain period of time? Does it ever expire?

Would that include another transfer of minimal points to qantas? Who are the program partners? Is there a way to use few points without flying?
