Try calling.

Calling worked on the first try. I went through the Amazon 'Call Me' link. She initially came back and said she couldn't do anything and then after 10 minutes on hold she said she could issue a gift card for the full amount. Incredible. Stick with Dan and you can't go wrong

Very true btw, even my little amount of $40 they made such a big deal, while whenever I seemed to have less I had no problems.

$43.01 about half of which was expiring on 3/1 and the rest on 3/15. I wasn't pushy. I didn't ask for a supervisor. I just tried to be friendly. Sounds very YMMV.

  I Lost all my enjoyment from all the NR credits after spending way to much time trying to redeem them.
  But after all these 1 and done Im getting some good vibes!

 Could be the keywords I used, I asked to convert my no rush to sitewide credit, but after getting no, no ,no,no,no and no, I changed it around asking what can be done to compensate for all my hard earned orders with budget shipping.
