Hasn't worked for me in ages, but I also rarely get the option of a no rush credit these days anyway so I don't have much to make it worth the fight.
It has hard to get for a while. They are now back on, add two prime items in your cart and you should see $1.5 on the amazon day delivery option (try playing around with the date). I believe 3 items is $2.25 and 4+ is $3. (it may only work for items shipped and sold by Amazon)
I understand, now as per the policy Promotional Credit can't be converted to either Cash or to an Amazon gift Card balance. And as per the end date there would be no option for us to extend the end date as they are already set up by the system and assigned per code.
