Unless you place a high personal value on HH points, it's a waste of a Citi app.

Waste of a citi app?
Does citi limit the amount of apps I can do?

I'm also applying for the citi thank you for 3x points on entertainment.

2. What are the most current time-restriction rules in applying for all Citi cards?

Only 1 Citi application of any kind per week (8 days to be safe).
No more than 2 Citi applications of any kind in 60 days (65 days to be safe).
No more than 1 Citi business application in 90 days (95 to be safe). This does not override the rules above.

Look I get the HP being precious to people, and maybe the 100K AA points being more valuable to some versus the 60K of HH points. But in the end, both are chrunable like rabbits, so whichever one you want for your needs - is the best option. That said, Between the reserve and non-reserve, I would churn the non reserve until the cows come in and then get the reserve at the end (when u need to use the points) to get u the gold status.

Call up/Chat with Amex and asked them to switch your rewards number

I'll be staying at a Hilton in a few weeks on a paid stay and I have the Hilton cc. Are there any benefits that I can take advantage of as a cardholder staying in a Hilton property? Perhaps free parking, spa discounts, anything?

you get silver with this card and it is possible you get room upgrade but that's it and if you book 5  nights straight, it will be priced to 4 nights.

I just got targeted for a 60k offer for $1k spend.
I never had this card before. It's a good card/offer?

Also, for the mevinim, I just want to clarify... the only time Citi lets you combine CLs is when opening a new card, right? If I have a card that I want to close to avoid the AF, how is the best way to go about that?

Can I apply and get approved for Citi Hhonors Reserve and get the weekend certs now if I just got approved for regular Citi Hhonors Visa 3 weeks ago? If not, how long do I need to wait? Advantages to striking now vs waiting? (would like the certs soon)

Citi just closed spouses's Hhonors card due to lack of activity. card was opened 2.5 years ago, and hasnt been used in the past 2 years.

is this normal? or something to be concerned about?

Totally normal. You can call them to re activate the account.
