Many bad reviews.
In particular: It doesn't keep the coffee/ water hot.  It brews the coffee and then the pot contents cool off.
Not good as a Shabbos urn.

Pretty sure I've been using this as a shabbos urn for the last two years. What's the problem?

The reviews seemed to indicate that the brew didn't stay warm, so it wouldn't work to keep water hot over Shabbos.
If that is not true, then this is a great price for an urn this size.

I have the 42 cup one. Works great. I recently replaced it after 2 years ( that’s using it for 2 years straight)when it started to leak.

The only issue I have, it’s hard to fit a cup under the spout. I needed to pull it to edge of the counter to fill a large cup up with water.
