Thats like asking should I go biz or go Eco and bring along a friend for half the price lol

I haven't flown it personally but been hearing only great reviews, It's a real premium economy (not Eco +)
much bigger seat, 2 bags
And I believe you also get priority though I could be wrong.

To clarify this is specifically if flying the dreamliner.
