Only two rules:
1. No posting before sundown on Thursday or after sunrise on Friday
2. No parve cholent allowed.

[Rule #2 has been deleted, as it has been found to be highly misogynistic. It is a well-known fact that no woman would agree to become fleishig, especially not on a Thursday night.]
👆 This is pure and utter garbage, cholent was not created for women.

cholent versus coffee

Coffee
Some hot mixed with cold
black mixed with white
sweet mixed with bitterness
yields a good coffee
and thats why we drink coffee faren davenen to show ahaves yisroel

Cholent
anything you put on the flame the longer the better (without meat @ExGingi )
might have one or more of the following
beans
potatoes
meet
onions
spices
hot pastrami
kishka
