Kosher Chocolate shop I'm Cleveland?

My apologies if I'm not posting in the correct thread
Looking to send a care pkg for someone in medical care in Clevaland. Would anyone know of a kosher chocolate gift shop in the Clevaland area with decent hechsher that delivers?
