Staying on Keren Kayemet near Ussishkin.
Also where/when to daven in general (Nusach Ashkenaz or Sfard)

Please provide cross street if possible . I saw Beis HaKnesses Hanasi has Shacharis at 6:45 and 7:45, located on usaishkin off of Keren Kayemet.

there lots of shuls in that area, kehal chasidim, gra, breslev, JFK, amongs others all within a 5 minutes walk of each other, you can also daven in medrash shmuel which has a nice minyan as well
