Anyone know the difference in insurance costs in NJ for a model 3 vs non electric cars? Higher or lower?
Depends on carrier. With my current policy with Geico I found it to add $350 over non electric vehicle. Got a quote with Allstate and was same price as my current policy with Geico

Thanks. I ended up quoting it with my current policy and it will cost 305 more than my 2018 RAV4 - just posting this here in case anyone else is curious

It's not strictly electric vs ICE. My Ioniq EV was $5 more than a cheap 15 year old car (total per month, full collision and comprehensive coverage). And this is with Geico. Teslas are more expensive to insure because of the higher costs to repair (for now, at least).

Yup, Geico is ridiculous for Tesla.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Mine is showing: Estimated Delivery: November 06 - November 26

Hopefully it’s easy to push off delivery to be eligible for tax credit
Where do you see estimated delivery?  Can you please send a screenshot as I can't seem to find it.  Thanks

Glad to see regulators are not sleeping at the wheel (no pun intended).

Glad to see regulators are not sleeping at the wheel (no pun intended).
This was not fixing a safety related defect, not recognizing all stationary objects is a clear software limitation included in the owners manual. This why the driver is fully responsible for watching the road. It's like blaming a manufacturer for a car on cruise control hitting a stopped emergency vehicle.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.
