Pretty much the same. It's an amazing car. A true paradigm shift from ICE cars, as it it's downright painful to drive any ICE car, even a luxury one.
That being said, service is abysmal and their wildly fluctuating pricing strategy is annoying.
Since initial purchase, have you had to get any service? I've not, but not looking forward to it.  I also find the price fluctuations annoying, but have much more peace of mind now that I no longer follow their news updates.

Looking forward to planning a road trip from FLL to Quebec in our Model 3 (MR (disappointing that I didn't wait a month to get a LR for about the same price, but don't get me started!) next month! DW is particularly looking forward to trying EAP on a long-haul road trip.

Had a squeaky charging console and squeaky front seat. Service is now all at my house, but it takes forever to schedule anything and to get things replaced.

That is the nastiest forum I've ever seen.

So, i'm working with a family member to assist them in purchasing a new Tesla model S. I personally would go for the model 3 because I feel the bang for the buck is significantly better, but he feels that the model 3 looks too much like your standard car. lol.

Anyhow, was about to pull the trigger on an inventory Model S (Savings of approx 10k) however it just came to our attention that the new "raven" update with the upgraded suspension and battery gives a nice range update...

Anyone can assist?

Thanks!

Dont get me wrong, I'd love a Tesla. I love the idea behind it, the clean look, and the super functionality.
But it still looks like a rescue dog - no matter how sleek and clean it looks it still has that funny look.
It's a quirky look.

But then I guess maybe that's what he's looking for.

Has he test driven the 3 and S?

I prefer the 3 in just about every way. If you want an S then wait for the refresh.

Or splurge for the X :)

Or cheap out on the 7 series. They’re just about giving those away 😂

x lol.

Ya, I agree the 3 is better, he went and test drove the s the other day, he couldn't get over the 3s look (felt look too much Toyota like lol) but I think i sold him on the 3 performance and everyone is telling me it's a better car

If you get all the upgrades. And then it's not cheap.

3P looks amazing, though I couldn't justify spending the extra money on it when the 3AWD is crazy fast as it is.
