I have the car for 2 years already. I took out a lease for a Lexus. It wasn't so comfortable for me. Any ideas what to do with it?

Thanks

I pm you.

The e-booklet below could have gone in Interesting Articles or Stocks thread, but I decided to put it here, as it has quite a bit of insight and information way beyond the stock valuation and is a good read IMHO.

One point that stood out to me was towards the end where he discusses the valuation:

Compare that to:

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Would I be able to fully use my friend's car if I don't have a key and he remote starts it?

Just download the app and use his login or have him add your login to the car.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

It says I need a physical key to set it up in the app

Yes but everytime you leave (or maybe even open the door) he would have to start it again

the phone itself probably won't work as a key but in the app you should be able to unlock it and start it each time

How would this help? ETA: That would only help if I didn't have his log in. I don't believe there's a way to use phone as key without the physical key the first time.

yup that was meant if he didn't give you his login. But from the controls page you can start the car whenever needed (obviously more annoying but definitely usable)

I think you are correct. (besides for pressing the button each time)

I used the car all day yesterday. He started it remotely, as long as you don't turn off the car you don't need a key, even if you put it on park.

by turn off the car you mean leave it and close the door?
