remove delinquent account
« on: November 18, 2018, 08:24:06 PM »
I had a clawback of $2.50 on a closed amex from the staples fiasco. I just noticed yesterday and paid it ASAP. Today I got a notice that they reported it to TU. How do I get it removed?

Creditboards would probably have an address. Always better to send a GW letter but can't hurt to call.

Update: I called 8002531709 where an indian lady heard me out and agreed to update my account to "good standing". Fingers crossed if it will actually happen.
