Can you have more than one Arrival + opened? Basically will they approve me if I already have one?

I just deleted my post after looking at DDMS where he says you can’t have two Arrival + cards.
I have personally had 2 open at the same time.ETA. It was about 1.5-2 years ago, its entirely possible they switched it since then. I had recon manually review and approve.
I just tried. I had a decent reason for two cards but she said the system auto rejects the app, no pull.
Anyone know if they will match this for a recent application? I was approved a few weeks ago.
