I had success after i already uploaded the pics,I chatted online w a snapfish customer service rep and they added the credits to my account after looking to see if it was a new account. I live in 08701 the shipping cost $7.99 plus .75 for NJ Tax

I just bought a 20 page custom cover book and 100 4x6 prints for a total of $8.70. As stated earlier, the coupon did not apply by itself so I had to chat and got the credit applied. After getting the credit, the shipping + taxes were still giving me a total of $15 (which I found kind of expensive) so I continued chatting and asked the representative if he could give me a discount on shipping. After going back and forth 2-3 times, he applied a credit for the shipping on the 100 prints ($6.41). Thanks OP!

Just a warning, snap fishes photobooks, are much lower quality then picabbo, or shutterfly
