The fact that the letter was released a week before the election and not in the summer makes it very obvious that the gedolim want us to vote for president Trump. Those who twist it to mean anything different are not being objective.

Based on Twitter, the letter is being taking for its (un)intended purpose: as a political endorsement. The damage being done is irreversible, and for zero toeles. The overwhelming majority of people who may change their vote based on this letter live in states where their vote won't matter.

I agree that publicizing this letter now was stupid, but the purpose was not to change votes, it was to gain favor with Trump.

It would have gained favor in the summer or any other time. Publicizing it 10 days before an election does nothing but hurt us. You think this is even a blip on Trump's radar right now? This does nothing for him.

You keep moving the goalposts. It's either about who wins (offered you a bet there), or about the polls being right (offered a bet on that, too), or about nothing concrete other than proving Kool-Aid drinkers are full of it.
