Air Quality Professional

I'm looking for advice on how to improve the air quality in my father's apartment.  He smokes cigarettes and the tenant 1 flight up from him is complaining about the smell.
I  need a way to continuously clean the cigarette smoke from the apartment.


Does anyone here know what type of machine(s) would do the job?
Does anyone have a recommendation of a professional that will help us get the right thing?

You can buy an air purifier. There was a few on DDMS recently.

After research, we bought an air purifier that seemed to be what we wanted.  It isn't doing the job well enough.
That's why I'm asking here.
